Information Technology & Software
We develop software for production and connect it to machines, controllers and business systems. From the operator screen on the line to the interface into the ERP.
Custom Software
Applications you cannot buy off the shelf.
- Operator interfaces for machines and plants
- Data acquisition and reporting from production
- Tools for planning, reporting and operations
- Usually in C# or Go, as a service in a Docker container or as a desktop application
Interfaces & System Connectivity
We pick up data where it is generated and deliver it where it is needed.
- PLC connectivity via OPC UA, S7 communication and Modbus
- Interfaces to ERP, MES, databases and web services
- REST APIs for our own and third-party systems
- No manual intermediate steps, no Excel exports
Automating Workflows
The software takes over recurring work steps.
- Handing orders, recipes and parameters to machines automatically
- Continuously capturing and storing operating and quality data
- Notifications on limit violations or standstill
- Less double entry, fewer transfer errors
Consolidating Data
One consistent state for all systems instead of several versions of the truth.
- Synchronizing master data and stock levels between systems
- Central storage of machine and process data in one database
- Event-driven processing when a state changes
- Traceable which value came from where and when
Architecture with the Future in Mind
Software that still works with the second plant and the third site.
- Modules with clear responsibilities instead of one large block
- Interfaces that can be extended without touching the rest
- Designed for the data volumes that actually occur
- Runs on an industrial PC, in the data center or in the cloud
Integrating Existing Systems
We work with what is already there.
- Connecting legacy systems through existing interfaces or databases
- Replacing individual components step by step during ongoing operation
- Data migration and parallel operation during the transition
- No complete replacement when it is not needed

Connecting machines, controllers and software
In most plants the data already exists, it just lives in different systems. We build the connection in between: from the PLC into the database, from the ERP to the machine, from the machine into the dashboard.
- OPC UA, S7 communication, Modbus and PROFINET on the machine side
- REST, SQL and file interfaces on the IT side
- Two-way synchronization where needed
- Logging of every transfer for troubleshooting

Software you can still understand in three years
Whoever continues working on the software later should be able to find their way around. Even if it is not us.
- Readable code and version control in Git
- Logs that actually help when something fails, instead of just "error 17"
- Documentation of interfaces and configuration
- Updates that can be rolled out and, if necessary, rolled back
Typical tasks
- Operator interfaces for machines
Web-based or local interfaces through which staff start orders, change parameters and see machine states.
- Capturing production data
Reading quantities, run times, faults and quality values from the controller, validating them and storing them in a database.
- Connecting ERP and MES
Orders from the ERP to the machine, feedback from the machine back into the ERP or MES.
- Synchronizing several sites
Keeping stock levels, master data and process data up to date between plants or systems.
- Internal tools
Small, tailored applications for planning, reporting and approvals that still run in Excel or on paper today.
- Interfaces and APIs
Defined interfaces through which your own and third-party systems exchange data, with documentation and access control.
